Donna Messer is a change facilitator, collaborative environment architect, strategic thought partner, and philanthropic leader. Ms. Messer had a diverse career as a senior executive at American Airlines in several areas including Marketing, Operations, and Human Resources, and was based in New York, Chicago, and Dallas/Ft. Worth. Following her airline career, Ms. Messer was President of the management consulting firm, Carl Ryan Associates. She moved to Naples full-time in 2012 and has served as Chair of the Board of the Naples Airport Authority as well as the Women’s Foundation of Collier County. Ms. Messer founded and facilitated the Arts, Recreation, and Leisure Working Group of Collier County, was on the Board of Baby Basics of Collier County, served as the Community Service Committee Chair of the Greater Naples Leadership Board, and was a member of the Collier Citizens Council. She has also been a volunteer at the Shelter for Abused Women and Children, Providence House and Literacy Volunteers of Collier County. Ms. Messer is currently President-Elect of Greater Naples Leadership, Governance Chair for the Women’s Foundation of Collier County, a mentor for Junior Women of Initiative at the Boys & Girls Club, and is on the Strategic Planning Committee for Women of the (239). She resides in Old Naples with her husband Phil and is passionate about her family and giving back to her community.
