Are donations to United Arts Collier tax-deductible, and what tax documentation is available?

Answer: Yes. United Arts Collier is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization (EIN: 59-2070580) and the official Local Arts Agency for Collier County. Your contributions are generally fully tax-deductible to the extent permitted by IRS law.

When you make a one-time gift, sponsorship, or membership contribution through our website or Network for Good portal, you will automatically receive an official donation receipt via email. This receipt includes all required details for your tax records, including our tax-exempt status and EIN.
