Brian McGinnis brings over 30 years of strategic operational financial management experience to UAC as its Treasurer. In addition to teaching in the Lutgert School of Business at Florida Gulf Coast University, he is currently Chief Financial Officer at Sunshine Ace Hardware, a family-owned business with many locations across Southwest Florida. Prior to his time at SunshineAce, Brian held leadership positions in various business units of Emerson Electric, including CFO, Vice President of Acquisitions and Vice President of Strategic Planning. He received his undergraduate degree from Providence College and his MBA from Washington University in St.Louis, MO.
Brian has long had an interest in making the arts more accessible to the community in general and to children in particular, serving on the board of directors for Citizens for Missouri’s Children and Springboard to Learning prior to arriving in Naples with his wife Donna in 2017.
