Chief Operating Officer
Nancy Dauphinais currently serves as Chief Operating Officer for David Lawrence Centers. She is responsible for the overall management of operations, including Medical Services, Quality Improvement & Organizational Performance; Program Support, Human Resources and Information Technology.
Nancy is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Certified Master’s Level Addiction Professional. Nancy holds a master’s degree in counseling from Florida Gulf Coast University and a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Duke University. She has worked with DLC since 2005 in a variety of roles including behavioral health technician, emergency services clinician, outpatient therapist, clinical supervisor, and clinical director. During this time, she has been named DLC’s Direct Service Provider, Administrator and Employee of the Year. Nancy is a Leadership Collier graduate (LC ’23).
Nancy loves to spend free time with her horse, “Nate,” playing with her three granddaughters, and watching Duke basketball.
