The Events & Volunteer Associate plays a strategic role in advancing United Arts Collier’s mission by supporting the planning and execution of high-impact events and cultivating a strong, engaged volunteer network. This position contributes to audience development, donor and member stewardship, and community visibility by helping deliver well-produced events that strengthen relationships with artists, partners, sponsors, and the public.
Working cross-functionally with Development, Programs, and Marketing, the Associate supports event logistics and timelines, volunteer recruitment and coordination, and on-site execution, while also assisting with post-event follow-up, documentation, and continuous improvement. Through thoughtful coordination and community engagement, this role helps ensure UAC’s events and volunteer experiences are aligned with organizational goals, reinforce brand values, and support long-term sustainability.
