One of Naples’ longest-standing creative partnerships continues as Rookery Bay and United Arts Collier (UAC) present Through the Light of the Estuary. This exhibition invites artists to explore the transformative interplay of light as it moves through water, foliage, and atmosphere—capturing the subtle brilliance that defines the rhythms of Rookery Bay’s coastal environment.
Featuring painting, photography, and mixed media, the exhibition brings together a range of artistic voices united by a shared reverence for this vital ecosystem. Each work offers a distinct perspective, reflecting on the beauty, complexity, and fragility of the estuary.
In celebration of the exhibition’s closing, the experience expands into sound on Thursday, October 15, 2026, from 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM, with a special performance of Debussy’s Reflets dans l’eau by pianist Konstantin Soukhovetski in partnership with the Grand Piano Series, echoing the fleeting, luminous qualities that inspire the works on view.
The exhibition is curated by Guest Juror Dianne Brás Feliciano, Curator of Modern Art at Artis—Naples, The Baker Museum, and organized by United Arts Collier.
