Emma Halbisen

Emma Halbisen is a Southwest Florida arts professional specializing in festival and event planning, community engagement, and audience development. A graduate of Florida Gulf Coast University’s Integrated Studies program, she has built a diverse background in arts, culture, education, and community-based nonprofits throughout the region.

Emma has coordinated festivals, fundraising events, cultural programs, and community gatherings for organizations including Naples Botanical Garden, Arts Bonita, and now United Arts Collier. Her experience spans large-scale festival production, talent and vendor management, volunteer program development, donor and sponsor stewardship, event logistics, and project management.

As a Southwest Florida local, Emma is passionate about strengthening the region’s arts and cultural community. She enjoys discovering new artistic mediums, supporting local artists and creative organizations, and advocating for the arts as an essential part of a vibrant and connected community.
